Living near to sea
The apartment is close to the sea for lovers of morning swimming.
It was very well cleaned and is standard equipped. The entrance balcony and kitchen/living room is on the raised floor, the bedroom and bathroom/WC is in the basement (with window). A very steep and winding staircase connects the two floors. The apartment is therefore not suitable for elderly people especially with mobility restrictions. Also for a small child it can be a fall hazard. Please point this out in your advertisement.

Mišljenje o smještaju u apartmanu
Budući da smo bili u puno apartmana u Hrvatskoj i inozemstvu meritorno ocjenjujemo. Opremljenost apartmana ispod razine. Stepenice za silazak u donju etažu ne zadovoljavaju niti jednu normu. Dapaće opasne su za moguću tešku povredu korisnika . Toalet ormarić nije postavljen na propisanoj visini. Kanalizacija vraća vodu u tuš kabinu. A minimalna opremljenost apartmana kod dolaska za ovu cijenu je ispod svih razina . Zatečene su stvari koje su drugi gosti ostavili.
