It is important to distinguish walking from a casual stroll. According to experts from the Orthopedic Clinic in Zagreb, the key rule is to walk as fast as possible without excessive exertion.
The most important thing is to choose a trail and excursion that you can physically and temporally handle and follow basic safety rules. Also, be completely relaxed as there are no venomous snakes on the islands of the Cres-Lošinj archipelago.

This is a unique opportunity to get to know the cultural heritage of the Lošinj archipelago and the history of the island through the diving experience.
You will also learn what to do if you ever come across an archaeological artifact during your underwater adventures and why it is essential not to take souvenirs from the sea floor.
Lošinj’s underwater world hides many more attractive diving locations, including underwater caves, reefs, and drop-offs (places where deep waters create a mysterious and slightly eerie effect). The best information about these locations can be obtained from local diving clubs.
And finally, an important message from a diving center: "Remember, true lovers of the sea leave nothing behind except bubbles!"
3. Panoramic Flight and Parachute Jump
If you are looking for an adrenaline rush, on Lošinj you can experience a panoramic flight in a small plane or a tandem parachute jump from a height of 2,500 meters, with a free fall lasting 25 seconds.
The parachute jump is available for everyone over the age of 14, but minors must have parental consent. The price of the jump is around 2,000 kuna.
A panoramic flight usually accommodates up to three people, and flights operate only in good weather, which is frequent in Lošinj, as it is one of the sunniest islands.
Depending on the flight duration (15 to 30 minutes) and the number of passengers, the price ranges from 500 to 1,000 kuna.
4. Cycling
Whether you prefer a sports bike, an electric bike, a children's bike, or additional seats for the youngest ones, exploring Lošinj on two wheels with your favorite company is pure joy.

His goal is to bring together professional and recreational players and teach them not only about physical preparation but also mental strength, focus, and self-improvement.

While on a boat, speedboat, SUP, or kayak excursion, there is a high chance you will encounter playful dolphins. It is important not to disturb them, as human interaction can negatively impact their survival.

On the Osoršćica mountain, which stretches above Osor and Nerezine, there are 30 climbing routes ranging from difficulty levels 4c to 8, with a maximum length of 30 meters.
Beginners can climb with the assistance of an instructor, and necessary equipment can be rented at the nearby mountain lodge, which is about a 30-minute walk away.
Since sport climbing is a physically demanding activity where climbers rely solely on their hands and feet, it is crucial to prepare properly before climbing.
12. Sailing
If you want to experience the beauty of sailing powered solely by the wind, you can take a half-day or full-day sailing excursion with a skipper in Lošinj. During the trip, you will learn the basics of sailing, the rules of navigation, and even have the opportunity to steer the boat yourself.

13. Spearfishing
The importance of fishing to the local community is evident in the monument dedicated to spearfishing, created by artist Vinko Matković, located in one of Mali Lošinj’s town squares.
Every year, the island hosts the New Year's Spearfishing Cup, an event that gathers over a hundred spearfishers and concludes with a traditional fishermen’s festival.
