General terms
1. DEFINITION AND CONTENT
The Mediteran Travel Agency guarantees the purchase of individual tourist services according to the published information and descriptions for the requested and confirmed period, except in cases of force majeure, including:

Illness or death of the service provider or their close relatives.

Catastrophic events (earthquakes, floods, fires, drought).

Wars, strikes, terrorist actions.
-
Government restrictions (mobilization, travel bans).
2. BOOKINGS AND PAYMENTS
Bookings can be made via:

Email.
-
Written request.
-
At the agency's office or partner agencies.
To complete the booking, the passenger must accept the General Terms and Conditions, which are legally binding. The agency will provide:

Promotional material or travel program.
-
General travel conditions.
-
The possibility of purchasing travel insurance.
Upon booking, the passenger must provide all required information. Payment is made via:

Deposit according to the chosen method.
-
Balance payment at the agency's office or no later than 21 days before arrival.
3. ACCOMMODATION PRICE
The price includes the basic service specified in the accommodation description. Special services ("on request" or "additional services") are not included and will be charged separately.
The Mediteran Travel Agency reserves the right to change prices in case of modifications by the service provider or currency exchange rate fluctuations. However, the agreed price is guaranteed for those who have already paid the deposit.
If the number of people exceeds that stated in the travel documents, the provider may refuse accommodation or request an additional fee.
4. CATEGORIZATION AND DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES
The accommodations are described according to the official categorization of the tourism organization and verified before publication. Standards vary from country to country and cannot be compared.
The information published on www.imediteran.com, in catalogs, and promotional materials has the same legal validity.
5. AGENCY'S RIGHT TO CANCELLATION AND CHANGES
The agency may change the booking in case of unforeseen extraordinary circumstances. In this case:

The accommodation may be replaced with an equivalent or higher category.

If the new category is more than 10% expensive, the agency will refund the difference.

If no alternative is found, the booking will be canceled, and the amount refunded.
6. CUSTOMER'S RIGHT TO CANCELLATION AND CHANGES
The customer can change or cancel the booking by notifying the agency in writing (via email, post, or fax).
Cancellation fees:

Up to 60 days before arrival: Free cancellation (minus a €50 administrative fee).

30-59 days before arrival: 30% of the total amount.

7-29 days before arrival: 70% of the total amount.
-
1-6 days before arrival: 100% of the total amount.
-
No-show or cancellation on the day of arrival: 100% of the total amount.
If the client does not arrive by midnight on the arrival day without notifying the agency, the booking is canceled.
7. OBLIGATIONS OF THE MEDITERAN TRAVEL AGENCY
The agency is committed to:

Ensuring the quality of services.

Selecting reliable service providers.
-
Protecting the rights of the client.
In case of extraordinary circumstances, the measures from Article 5 apply.
8. CUSTOMER'S OBLIGATIONS
The customer must:

Have valid travel documents.
-
Comply with customs and currency regulations.
-
Follow accommodation rules and cooperate with service providers.
-
Present the booking voucher upon arrival.
-
Check for any required visas.
The client is responsible for any damage caused to the service provider.
9. LUGGAGE
The agency is not responsible for theft, loss, or damage to luggage. In case of loss or theft, the client must report the incident to the service provider and local police.
10. COMPLAINTS
If the services are not provided correctly, the client may submit a written complaint.
Procedure:

Immediately report the issue to the service provider and the agency (info@imediteran.com or +385 95 232 9999).

Wait for the agency representative.
-
Cooperate in resolving the issue.

If the proposed solution is unreasonably rejected, the agency will not consider further complaints.
11. NOTE
Confirming the booking and paying the deposit implies acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions.
12. JURISDICTION
In case of disputes, the court in Mali Lošinj shall have jurisdiction according to Croatian law.
